QSPG appreciate that no two job placements are the same, therefore we pride ourselves on selecting staff who are most suitable for each location. On-site briefs and training are provided for each location as required.
QSPG ensures all guards have received QLD Police Clearance checks. In addition, specialised in-house training is conducted to cover customer service, first aid, vehicle searches and fire evacuation. Licensed and uniformed security officers are available, with adequate first aid training, available at short notice or on a permanent basis.
All employees are provided with uniforms to suit the environment in which they work. Clients such as Australian Defence Sites demand a professional image and strong security presence. QSPG uniforms are clear and recognisable, facilitating high profile security when required. Occasionally covert or plain clothing security is required to be worn.

Retail security is site specific and all our officers receive training relating to clients requirements, including law, retail awareness, retail security systems and customer service. Health & Safety procedures and incident reaction such as evacuation, fire threats are also integral elements of the officers training. |
